Copyright is very frequently misunderstood and I want to point out an explicit passage that concerns non-commercial use. It applies to a large group of the deviants who seem to often unintentionally steal works from their rightful owners. It does NOT apply to DeviantArt INC. itself, which is a commercial organisation and has its own copyright difficulties to deal with.
